By far fo me personally this tops off all other coffee ☕️ shops and I’m officially putting a R.I.P. for all other coffee shops. The quality of coffee and other beverages is top notch. The seating arrangement and the atmosphere is beyond amazing. I could literally spend the whole day there without moving 😅. The service is nothing short of royalty. The parking is plenty. The owners had done a heck of a great job here. Certainly my new go to for Yemenite coffee. 🏆 🥇

One of the best coffee shops around! I always want to try new things here, but the iced Kokabon latte is so good I keep ordering that. The muffins are phenomenal as well, I've tried both the double chocolate and the pistachio. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. The only problem I have ever encountered is that they sometimes run out of muffins. 😭

I give atmosphere 4 stars because it was cold inside. Im sure it was a temporary thing and other than that the seating, music, ambiance was very good. Honey comb was a 10/10 better than qahwah house as well as the adeni chai. Good service as well, i recommend coming here!

Everything at this cafe is delicious!! And I didn’t get the name of who helped me but she was so sweet and gave me great recommendations like the mango smoothie and biscoff milk cake 😍 also had the kokabon coffee without sugar which was great with the tiramisu. lots of other pastries looked good and the people are very hospitable, we’ll have to come back again (:

The atmosphere of Kokabon is unmatched. It’s an impeccably clean and cozy feeling coffee shop. Their attention to detail in design makes it feel almost luxurious. They have the best Adeni Chai I’ve ever had. Perfectly spiced, milky, and sweet. They have a wonderful selection of treats to pair with their drinks. You won’t be disappointed with any part of your visit here. It’s right by IKEA and many other businesses which makes for a nice location to sit and unwind, or to start your day.

Great space, and SUCH GOOD COFFEE! I got the Kokabon Latte with Oat milk (I believe almost all of the coffees can be made dairy free). So good!

The atmosphere is incredibly cozy and modern, providing a perfect "comfy" vibe whether you're catching up with a friend or trying to get some work done with their free Wi-Fi. ​While they are known for their Yemeni coffee, the absolute highlight for me was the Adeni tea. It was perfectly spiced, rich, and easily some of the best I’ve had in the area. It’s the kind of drink that feels like a warm hug in a cup! ​I also loved that they have a wide variety of sweet desserts. From traditional Middle Eastern pastries to decadent cakes, there’s a perfect treat for every sweet tooth. Pairing a fresh, honey-drizzled dessert with the Adeni tea is a total game-changer. ​Another major plus? The location. It’s located right adjacent to IKEA, so if you need a break from furniture shopping or a reward for surviving the checkout lines, this is the place to go. The staff is friendly, the space is inviting, and the quality of the drinks and sweets is top-tier. I’ll definitely be making this a regular stop!

My first visit to Kokabon today was a truly delightful experience, chosen as a perfect spot to meet friends and get some work done on my laptop. From the moment I walked in, the warmth and genuine hospitality of owners Zack and Sam were immediately apparent. Their kindness and welcoming demeanor truly set a wonderful tone. Despite being open for only six months, the shop boasts a wonderfully curated interior that creates a very inviting atmosphere. The display of treats is impressive, and my friends who indulged raved about their delicious selections. As a coffee enthusiast, I particularly enjoyed the opportunity to connect with the owners over our shared passion for coffee, which added a lovely personal touch to my visit. Beyond the excellent service and quality products, Kokabon excels in providing a comfortable and conducive environment. The temperature was perfect, the Wi-Fi connectivity was strong, and the restrooms were impeccably clean. The thoughtful touch of staff personally delivering orders to each table further enhanced the overall experience. I wholeheartedly recommend Kokabon. It's a fantastic local business that offers a great atmosphere, delicious treats and coffee, and truly exceptional service.

Delicious coffee, tasty sweets, and friendly service! Lots of Yemeni Cafes have been opening up in the area, but this is one of the best ones I've been to. Stopped here for a coffee and some desserts, got the Yemeni Iced Latte, a Chocolate Ball, and and a Pistachio Croissant. The Iced Latte was just about perfect, and the desserts were fresh and delicious. The guys working the counter were friendly and fast. Will try to stop by again next time I'm in this part of town!
